Job Title: Network Field Operations Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Field Operations Technician to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering field service at AT&T PoP's (Point of Presence) within Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver field service at AT&T PoP's (Point of Presence) within Spain and Portugal.
  • Perform core HW equipment installation, including cabling work, at customer sites.
  • Conduct problem determination and troubleshooting on network components.
  • Support customer provisioning, network maintenance, and planned work.
  • Perform circuit measurements and testing.

Requirements:
  • Computer Science or Electronic diploma.
  • Fluent Spanish and solid English, oral and written.
  • Knowledge of IP and Telecommunications standards.
  • Understanding of Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN).
  • Wide knowledge of PTT / Carrier technologies and standards.
  • Knowledge of testing methodology and usage of test equipment for circuits certification.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Coax Copper and Fiber cabling systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Car driver's license and active driver.
