Director, Fibrinogen Launch Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Fibrinogen Launch to join our team at Grifols. As a key member of our global launch team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the strategy for the successful launch of a fibrinogen concentrate in multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive launch strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, market access, and medical, to ensure a cohesive and effective launch plan.
- Lead the development and execution of launch plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and market sizing.
- Manage and coordinate the launch process, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the launch team, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; MBA or science-related graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, with a focus on launch management, marketing, or sales.
- Proven track record of success in launch management, with experience in developing and executing launch strategies.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
