About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Costing professional to join our team as a Global IT Cost Management Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our IT service costs are accurately forecasted, budgeted, and controlled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a transparent IT service cost management framework to ensure accurate cost tracking and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT planning and forecasting process to ensure timely and accurate budgeting.
  • Execute cost variance analysis to identify root causes of deviations and develop corrective measures with management.
  • Collaborate with Group Finance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inputs for IT to Group Finance processes.
  • Drive strategic cost analytics and prepare strategic decisions to support business cases and investment decisions.
  • Business ownership for relevant service costing and service portfolio IT solutions, including capturing requirements, developing solution roadmaps, and liaising with technical teams and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Experience in service costing, cost allocations, and management reporting, with a strong understanding of IT service delivery chains.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modeling and analysis, with a combination of IT service management and IT finance knowledge.
  • Ability to shape storylines to enable strategic decisions, with a proactive personality and strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international environments across all hierarchy levels, including senior management.
  • Proficient in XLS and PowerPoint, with experience in ServiceNow (SPM module and/or CSDM) and/or Technology Business Management (TBM) framework a plus.
