Job Title: IT Service Costing and Control

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet the needs of consumers, patients, and healthcare professionals. We are seeking an experienced IT Service Costing and Control professional to join our team in Barcelona.

Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for managing IT service costs globally, ensuring that forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls are in place to allow for precise management of IT costs. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain transparency for IT service cost, consumption, and business value, and will work closely with colleagues in Group Finance to ensure timely and correct delivery of inputs for IT to Group Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a transparent IT service cost management framework
  • Setup and orchestrate the IT planning and forecasting process
  • Execute cost variance analysis and identify root causes for deviations
  • Work closely with Group Finance to ensure timely and correct delivery of inputs
  • Drive strategic cost analytics and prepare strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Experience in service costing, cost allocations, and management reporting
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modeling and analysis
  • Combination of IT service management and IT finance knowledge
  • Good understanding of IT service delivery chains
  • Ability to shape storylines to enable strategic decisions
