Galderma is a leading dermatology company that seeks a skilled professional to join its team as an IT Service Costing Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing IT service costs globally, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost controls are in place. The ideal candidate will have experience in service costing, cost allocations, and management reporting, as well as strong analytical skills for data modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement transparency for IT service cost, consumption, and business value.
  • Setup and orchestrate the IT planning and forecasting process.
  • Execute cost variance analysis, identify root causes for deviations, and define correction measures with management.
  • Work closely with Group Finance to ensure timely and correct delivery of inputs for IT to Group Finance processes.
  • Drive strategic cost analytics and prepare strategic decisions, supporting the business with business cases and facilitating investment decisions between senior business leaders, IT leadership, and finance.
  • Business ownership for relevant service costing and service portfolio IT solutions, capturing requirements, developing the solution roadmap, and liaising with technical teams and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Experience in service costing, cost allocations, and management reporting.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modeling and analysis.
  • Combination of IT service management and IT finance knowledge.
  • Good understanding of IT service delivery chains: applications, infrastructure, and workplace.
  • Ability to shape storylines to enable strategic decisions.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional, international environments across all hierarchy levels, including senior management.
  • Pro-active personality with strong communication skills and ability to drive change.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
  • Proficient in XLS and PowerPoint.
  • Ideal experience in ServiceNow (SPM module and/or CSDM) and/or Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.
  • Knowledge in application business management is a plus.
