We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning Lead to join our Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) organization. As a key member of our Data Center Delivery Execution Oversight Team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.
Key Responsibilities- Work cross-functionally with other EOT team members to provide oversight on the consistent implementation of project SLAs and functional governance.
- Perform project health analysis against approved SLAs, scope, execution plan, cost, and schedule.
- Assist with project setup, evaluate site resource effectiveness, conduct spot audits, and assist with onboarding and training of the site-based team.
- Develop and maintain best practices to identify and incorporate quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Develop commissioning reports to best understand and communicate project status.
- Travel to projects to ensure consistent operations and efficiencies across the region.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Significant experience in Data Center facility construction and/or commissioning.
- Construction experience.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical test equipment.
- Commissioning Certification.
- OSHA 30 or equivalent qualification.
- NFPA-70E.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
