Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Leader to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in driving AI adoption by leveraging high-quality data. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global CDO to understand business requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing data-driven use cases aligned with business goals
- Identifying relevant data sources and owners
- Facilitating sample data collection for AI projects
- Ensuring data quality and promoting standards and best practices
- Promoting the evolution of data platforms to support AI initiatives
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strategic mindset with at least 5 years of experience leading data teams in AI environments
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding stakeholder needs and aligning different visions
- Proven capabilities in translating business needs into data technical requirements
- Experience coordinating multiple data teams and negotiating with partners and system integrators
- Deep understanding of data security and privacy rules
- Strong technical acumen, including knowledge of data & AI architectures on Azure
