**Job Summary**
The EMEA Energy and Water team at Mygwork, an inclusive employer and a member of the LGBTQ+ business community, is seeking a highly skilled Water Infrastructure Manager to support the scaling and growth of our Data Centre network. This role will involve driving the development, implementation, and construction of new water infrastructure projects that will help deliver large-scale water projects for our infrastructure needs.
**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality water infrastructure projects. As a Water Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing design consultants, contractual drafting, developing and documenting requirements, budgets, and project schedules. You will also manage remote project delivery teams from design through to construction and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues and remove barriers to project success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage design consultants and contractual drafting
- Develop and document requirements, budgets, and project schedules
- Manage remote project delivery teams from design through to construction
- Facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues
- Build and maintain the overall delivery program and project budget
- Submit Capital Allocation Requests to secure finance for project delivery
- Prepare investment need/business case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects
**Working with Regulators and Stakeholders**
You will work closely with a wide range of regulators and external stakeholders, including water utilities, environmental agencies, health departments, and construction contractors. You will leverage project management tools and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and regularly report to senior leadership on the status of key project metrics vs. commitment.
