Water Infrastructure Manager, Emea Energy

This role is part of the EMEA Energy and Water team, responsible for scaling and growth across our Data Centre network. We're looking for a Water Infrastructure Manager to support the development, implementation, and construction of new water infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, chemical, or civil engineering, with experience in delivering water design infrastructure and engineering solutions for capital-intensive projects. Fluency in Spanish is required, and experience with analytical and commercial skills to review utility tariffs, water projects, and contracts is a plus.
The Water Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing design consultants, contractual drafting, and developing and documenting requirements, budgets, and project schedules. They will also manage remote 3rd project delivery teams from design through to construction and possess the ability to facilitate technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation issues.
The role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, re-prioritize, and effectively lead deliveries based on ever-changing business needs. The Water Infrastructure Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining overall delivery program and project budget, submitting Capital Allocation Requests to Senior leadership to secure finance for project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify gaps in requirements during project development, predict performance, and provide recommendations on a short notice and with limited information. Experience with fast-track design/build projects and multiple significant upgrade projects is a plus.
