Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to define priorities.
  • Create and maintain solution-related documents, ensuring timely delivery to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with multiple product groups on tool roadmap development and share best practices.
  • Manage interdependencies between solutions and project rollouts, aligning with the solution architect.
  • Participate in global strategic projects, defining and designing new solutions and technology implementations.
  • Foster communication among various product and business groups, coordinating product enhancements.
  • Represent Adp in product forums, facilitating requirements between product teams and business champions.
  • Manage business escalations, resolving issues and addressing knowledge gaps.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business process management and demonstrated achievements.
  • Proven ability to drive decisions and actions among diverse groups, including conflict resolution.
