About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies that support the hotel's strategic direction and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver workplace learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure leadership skills are developed and aligned with business objectives
- Support the planning committee in conducting management development programs and blended learning initiatives
- Analyze potential service gaps and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives
- Hotel operations experience and a background in Learning and Development leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and training delivery skills
- High level of integrity and transparency
- Eye for detail and ability to promote a continuous learning environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with eligibility to work in Mallorca
