About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Growth Marketing who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of our demand generation marketing programs. The ideal candidate will design, plan, manage, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns to generate leads, opportunities, and pipeline revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Bynder's growth marketing team in aligning and advancing objectives, approaches, and practices.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing Operations to set priority targets and establish reporting standards.
  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid and organic search, social, and referral traffic.
  • Plan and execute field marketing plans across key geographies.
  • Create and execute impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company. A strong understanding of the customer journey and sales pipeline is essential.
