About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring that Galderma products meet the company's quality standards and comply with relevant government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that Galderma products comply with relevant government regulations, including cGMP, GDP, ISO, ICH, and other applicable regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and guide CMOs/CDMOs to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote improvement programs and alignments in CMO/CDMOs to prevent quality issues and ensure compliance.
- Regulatory Expertise: Provide expert interpretation and application of regulatory guidelines to ensure CMO/CDMO/API Suppliers adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Communication: Notify management of significant quality or regulatory issues that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Solid experience in Quality Assurance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of applicable regulations for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and French.
- Problem-Solving: Flexibility and agility in problem-solving, providing direction to meet business objectives.
