Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Specialist & Trainer, you will be responsible for creating content for trainings, providing onboarding training to new advisors, sharing knowledge and educating advisors on product updates and best practices, updating and maintaining the knowledge base, monitoring CSAT metrics, and identifying QA problem areas.
We're looking for a bilingual or proficient French speaker with advanced English skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire people. If you're passionate about quality and training, we want to hear from you.
