Job Title: ESO Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ESO Quality Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and guide CMOs/CDMOs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide expert interpretation and application of regulatory guidelines to ensure that CMOs/CDMOs adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Notify management of significant quality or regulatory issues that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance.
  • Promote improvement programs and alignments in all related CMO/CDMO.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in Quality Assurance role.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations for drugs, cosmetics, medical devices or a similar industry.
  • Capacity to negotiate and manage external partners.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization (affiliates, global, CMO/CDMO).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
