Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Reach out to potential clients in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) via cold calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Consultative Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to engage with prospects, uncover their business needs, and align our technology solutions to address those needs.
- Building Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential client companies, engaging with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the German-speaking market and technology industry.
- Collaborating with Sales Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs), and revenue growth.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consultative Approach: Strong ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and communicate complex technology concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
