Sales Operations Specialist

We're the world's largest healthcare platform, and we're on a mission to make healthcare more human. Our platform connects patients with the best doctors and helps doctors manage their practices more efficiently. We're looking for a talented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help us drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor revenue KPIs and track business results
- Track production KPIs concerning our CRM
- Create and update automations related to sales operations processes
- Analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively
- Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams
- Provide actionable information and insights for team leaders and managers
- Take an active part in strategic projects to ensure their success
- Train sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and processes
- Rethink processes, detect bottlenecks, and improve automations, KPIs, and tools
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and other departments
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must
- Excel skills
- Analytical thinking and report creation
- Good with numbers and people
- Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Huge ease of learning new tools and skills
