Job Description
This role serves as a crucial member of the Corporate Employee Relations team in the UK and EU region, supporting proactive and reactive initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing Employee Experience
Identifying and addressing employee concerns early, de-escalating and resolving workplace issues before they reach criticality. - Proactive Initiatives
Working as a project manager to improve employee relations and engagement through positive programs and best practices. - Reactive Efforts
Conducting workplace investigations and advising on sensitive employee situations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Seven years of experience in employee relations, functional human resources, or labor/employment law.
- At least five years of experience in workplace/EEO investigations and/or labor/employment law.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree, law degree, or other specialized training in employee relations is highly desirable.
