About the Role
As a Reserve Sales Executive in Cataluña, you'll play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our premium spirits brands. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Outlet Identification and Segmentation: Identify and categorize outlets in the assigned territory based on segmentation guidelines and record them in the CRM tool.
- Driving Distribution: Identify partnership opportunities with outlets in the assigned territory and work closely with the Account Manager and distributor's sales team to negotiate pouring, distribution, and activation agreements.
- Implementation of Execution Standards: Prioritize sales drivers for relevant outlet categories and implement promotional activities in line with Diageo Europe's activity calendar.
- Partnership and Reporting: Work with the Account Manager to identify partnership opportunities and accurately supervise and measure in-outlet performance and execution levels in the CRM system.
