Social Management Assistant Plant

Fagor Ederlan is seeking a skilled Social Management Assistant to support the development of social management systems, methodologies, and tools in our plant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing these systems, as well as contributing to the achievement of the social management goals set out in our plant's management plan.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a professional with experience in human resources management and a strong understanding of Fagor Ederlan's policies and procedures. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the social management function and ensuring that our plant operates in accordance with the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the level of completion of tasks and activities (sub-structural, functional) to ensure that they meet the required standards;
- Support colleagues in applying systems, procedures, methodologies, regulations, and related IT tools (garatzen, alarmak);
- Support colleagues in developing and implementing actions agreed upon with colleagues, and track progress to ensure that development plans are met;
- Provide training and guidance to management staff;
- Help colleagues choose profiles from Franchise 1 and Franchise 2;
- Pay daily attention to colleagues;
- Assist Social Management staff in operational work (index changes, section changes);
- Track contract types and renewal dates; monitor personnel distribution (with minilantegiko/departmental heads) and follow up on evaluation of people who have been rehired or moved to other departments;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Sciences (Psychology, Law, Sociology), Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering;
- Previous experience in human resource management;
- An excellent understanding of Fagor Ederlan's policies and procedures;
- C1 level of proficiency in Basque (Ega standard);
- Prior experience working in other Fagor Ederlan departments.
