Infrastructure Project Management Specialist

The Infrastructure Project Management Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of various projects to ensure compliance with contractual standards, implemented in a cost-effective, safe, and efficient manner. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through organic expansion and client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Coordination: Provide structure, administrative systems, and methodologies to meet project contract obligations related to infrastructure quality, safety, contractor agreements, procurement, cost control, scheduling, and estimating management processes.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively respond to issues impacting contract requirements and facilitate timely solutions; share methodologies to improve systemically.
- Team Management: Organize, direct, manage, and coordinate project team members to foster teamwork and high performance within asset operations & maintenance.
- Company Values: Drive the company's values, ensuring their incorporation into the development, management, and performance of the team.
- Contract Performance: Establish and maintain effective relations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Financial Management: Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and financial responsibilities to optimize cost/benefit.
- Regulatory Compliance: Interface with regulatory teams to support Fire/Life/Safety approval processes.
- Safety Culture: Promote a positive safety culture in the workplace through personal example and full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain a relationship with customers that reflects a partnership approach and demonstrates sound understanding of customer needs.
This position requires a strong background in project management, with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should possess experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
Compensation:The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
