Job Overview:
Nordex Group is seeking an experienced Project Management Expert to lead our development projects focused on blades activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary project teams.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
* Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, service, and installation teams to process project scope
* Responsible for project result, budget, and quality, reporting to the program director of Turbine Serial Development
* Evaluate project ideas and support them up to approval, coordinating necessary resources with line and project managers
* Coordinate technical aspects and risk management with chief engineers and divisional management
* Organize prototype tests and ramp-up activities in operational areas
* Support continuous improvement of the project management standard
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
* Project management experience required (PM certification preferred)
* Several years of experience in a comparable position
* Excellent MS Office skills (incl. MS Project Server)
* Experience in an ERP and PDM system advantageous
* Very good verbal and written communication skills
* Very good English language proficiency; beneficial German and Spanish
