Role Overview:

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Trainee to support the Communications team in delivering marketing activities and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, jewellery, and advising others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Communications team in tracking agency performance and researching influencers' profiles for brand campaigns.
  • Manage product stock and orders of the PR department, as well as returns to the warehouse.
  • Handle mailings of the PR department and archive publications and key information.
  • Support in the organization and execution of events and prepare weekly newsletters for internal use.
  • Collate monthly reports for internal teams and manage the influencer marketing tool to track brand campaigns.
  • Manage the media library.

Requirements:

  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
  • Good project and time management skills, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Strong attention to detail.
