Job Purpose:As a key member of our Business Process Automation (BPA) team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency by designing and implementing innovative automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to optimize business processes.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with BPA developers to identify and develop automation opportunities that drive business value
- Design and implement Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes
- Support business teams in testing activities, including internal testing, end-to-end business process testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices
- Monitor and report on the status of automation efforts to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Experience with Automation Anywhere, Kryon, BluePrism, WorkFusion, Contextor, UiPath, or related robotic process automation software is highly valued
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Scripting knowledge or experience in languages such as Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.
- SAP knowledge, particularly in SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse, is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
