**Job Summary**
Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Improvement Strategist to join our Digital & Transformation Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving process mapping, analysis, and improvement initiatives across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage initiatives involving multiple functions and project teams to drive process optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategic plans to address these opportunities.
- Develop and direct the development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for process improvement initiatives.
- Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal partners, ensuring progress against established plans and making determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedules and resource allocation.
- Communicate initiative progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders, and collaborate with management and internal development, manufacturing, and service delivery partners to implement changes to resolve escalated issues and produce solutions.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the organization.
- Review and evaluate plans and guidelines for compliance with process improvement guidelines and standards, providing tangible feedback to improve overall process improvement quality and results for the organization.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of process improvement innovation and excellence.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or other Quality certification required.
- Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Agile methodology training and/or experience preferred.
- Experience with Signavio would be nice to have.
- Typically 10+ years of experience.
**Preferred Experience:**
- Experience with Signavio (Process Manager, Insights, Intelligence).
- Experience with customer-centered process design.
- Experience with process maturity models and assessment.
