Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the Revenue Growth team, responsible for selling add-on products to existing SiteMinder customers. This includes Demand Plus, an add-on feature that makes hotels visible on high-performing travel sites, and SiteMinder Pay, our official payment gateway.
The role will involve onboarding, coaching, and training new team members, as well as identifying areas for development and measuring performance against budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of sales agents to meet or exceed budget expectations
- Assess the sales pipeline and prepare regular sales forecasts for management
- Review and interpret the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member
- Build and report on key metrics to track campaign success
- Experience managing an inside sales team with strong leadership skills
- Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results
- Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model
- Proven experience working with a CRM and ability to run reports within it
- Equity packages for sharing in SiteMinder's growth and successes
- Hybrid working model with 3 days per week in the office in a prime location in Barcelona
