About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager - Payments to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our payment platform.
This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth and international expansion of our flexible payment products. You will work closely with our VP Payments to align the roadmap with our commercial objectives and market needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product strategy for our payments platform, aligning with our commercial objectives and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, growth, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.
- Actively follow the latest developments in the payments industry, monitor competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, and inform the business about regulatory changes.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and guiding the development process to deliver high-quality, merchant and shopper-centric payment solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including merchants and partners, gathering feedback, understanding their needs, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of our payment products and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
