Job Description

The Strategy team at Fluidra plays a critical role in shaping the company's future by challenging the status quo, ensuring strategic clarity and enhancing communication between management, the Board, investors, employees and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Challenging and supporting decision-making: Provide critical advice to the business by challenging assumptions and decisions, offering analytical insights to guide the executive team in making informed decisions, and identifying risks and opportunities that can impact the company's strategy.
  • Strategic planning and alignment: Lead the development of the company's strategic plans and goals, ensuring alignment across the business, working with the executive leadership team to define priorities, and articulating strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles or a related field.
  • A track record of leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills, ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment.
