Join Board as a Mid-Level Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced product manager to lead the development and enhancement of data connectivity services and reporting/user interaction features within our planning software SaaS platform.

About the Role

This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of data integration, and the ability to design seamless user experiences for BI reporting and other interactive features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within the Product Management organization to define and drive the product vision and strategy for data connectivity services and user interaction features within our platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and business opportunities related to data integration and BI reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data connectivity, user interactions, and product management.
  • Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our data connectivity and BI capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on data connectivity, BI reporting, or other front-end web SaaS applications.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, API services, BI reporting, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centric design principles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and software development processes.
  • Positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn.
