About the JobReporting to the Head of Marketing Iberia, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day operations of all assigned projects, ensuring they are progressing according to plan.
- Resource Management: Identify resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project success.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.
- Risk Management: Identify potential business risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Develop and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or product-related projects.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management software, solid understanding of marketing principles, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, budgeting and financial management skills.
