Descripción del Puesto: Especialista en Sistemas de Fabricación

Estamos buscando un especialista en sistemas de fabricación para unirse a nuestro equipo de operaciones de fabricación en EMD. El especialista en sistemas de fabricación será responsable de brindar soporte técnico y funcional para el sistema de ejecución de fabricación (MES), asegurando su correcta implementación y funcionamiento. Este rol será clave en la optimización de los procesos de fabricación, la resolución de problemas y la capacitación del personal en el uso del MES.

Funciones del Puesto:

  • Diseñar, configurar y mantener las reglas de negocio de fabricación en el software del Sistema de Ejecución de Fabricación (MES).
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluyendo Manufacturing, Calidad y IT, para recopilar requisitos y asegurar que las reglas de negocio de fabricación se alineen con las necesidades operativas y el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Probar y validar las reglas de negocio de fabricación para asegurar la funcionalidad y precisión del sistema.
  • Proporcionar capacitación y soporte a los usuarios finales en procesos y sistemas relacionados con reglas de negocio de fabricación.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de IT para resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con MES y el diseño de reglas de negocio de fabricación.
  • Brindar soporte de primer nivel a los usuarios en caso de incidentes.

Requisitos del Candidato:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería, Computer Science, Life Science o afines.
  • Familiaridad con el proceso de formas de dosificación sólidas farmacéuticas.
  • Dominio de la plataforma de software MES KÖRBER PAS-X (anteriormente WERUM).
  • Habilidad en la resolución de problemas y capacidad analítica para identificar y resolver problemas técnicos.

Perfil del Candidato:

  • 2-5 años en una posición similar.
  • Disponibilidad para un modelo híbrido (presencial y teletrabajo).
  • Flexibilidad para guardias ocasionales (se ampliará información en la entrevista).
  • Español nativo o bilingüe.
