Key Responsibilities- Product Research and Development: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, inventory management, and finance to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Product Line Management: Manage product categories to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Training and Development: Develop training programs, sales tools, and marketing materials to support the sales team.
- Leadership and Expertise: Act as a local expert for each line or division, and point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, with further training in sales recommended.
- Experience: More than 5 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Skills: Assertiveness, decisiveness, and positive attitude; strong communication and argumentation skills; personal accountability and a passion to succeed; strong organizational skills for data analysis; highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English; ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment; good Microsoft Office skills (especially with Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Travel: Ability to travel more than 60% of the time, with a Class B driving license.
