We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer - Thermal to become a vital part of our team.

The Field Service Engineer - Thermal is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our products at client locations. This role involves fostering relationships with customers, sales representatives, distributors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the engineer will manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to product commerce and services.

Key Responsibilities


• Professionally address all service requests during assigned shifts.


• Familiarize with and adhere to the procedures detailed in the Field Procedure Manual.


• Conduct all tasks safely and in line with established safety protocols and local regulations.


• Keep the dispatch center updated on your schedule and the status of ongoing tasks.


• Ensure accurate tracking of spare parts in accordance with established procedures.


• Submit necessary documentation promptly and accurately, including debriefing after service calls.


• Maintain the integrity of customer and installation databases by reporting discrepancies.


• Identify and promote potential sales or service opportunities to the appropriate departments.


• Act as a key contact for clients during emergencies and troubleshooting scenarios.


• Collaborate closely with supervisors to support daily operational activities.


• Be available for weekend and night shifts in accordance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications for Success


• Educational Background: High school diploma in Air Conditioning or Electrical Engineering.


• Language Proficiency: Native in the local language; proficient in English.


• Technical Skills: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical service role, particularly with air conditioning systems; proficient in computer usage; well-organized and capable of working under pressure; flexible with work hours.
