About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Renewal Operations. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage a team of 5 Renewal Managers to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
  • Develop and Implement Renewal Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive renewal plans to minimize churn, maximize contract renewals, and protect customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of complex contract renewals.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement customer outreach, retention, and satisfaction programs to drive business value and revenue growth.
  • Manage Renewal Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of renewal efforts, including negotiations, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop and Implement Dashboards: Create and maintain accurate dashboards to track and report upcoming renewals, revenue at risk, and customer health.
  • Establish Effective Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Meet and Exceed Customer Renewal Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed customer renewal and retention targets.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Customer Success Experience: Proven experience in customer success, with at least 3 years in leadership of a high-growth, customer-facing team within a SaaS company.
  • Team Management Experience: Manage a team of 5 people as a minimum.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Financial Management Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss, and cash-flow management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive renewal plans to drive business growth.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
