About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at SD Worx. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our tools by effective backlog management and evolution within the SD Worx product landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make final decisions on product development in close collaboration with your squad.
  • Illustrate the business context, problem area, and possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with marketing excellence, sales operations, and the Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
  • Validation of the product vision and prioritized roadmap with internal stakeholders in our commercial excellence department.
  • Co-development of a product vision and synchronization with the tribe lead and other product owners in other squads responsible for related product areas.
  • Responsible for the definition and prioritization of the product backlog.
  • Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the product roadmap and release planning.
  • Responsible for the technical stability of the product.
  • Define product requirements, ensuring completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and, if needed, clarify requirements.
  • Communication with stakeholders as well as suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
  • Participate in the tribe's roadmap, programme, and release planning.
  • Regular and structured reporting on the enterprise tools.
  • Team-focused collaboration in an international and agile team.
  • Ensure the team understands requirements correctly.
  • Interaction with other squads, potentially in other tribes within SD Worx.
  • Responsible for defining necessary competencies in the squad together with the Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Tribe Lead.

About You

  • University degree (Master or Bachelor) or equal through experience.
  • Multiple years of experience in analyzing sales and marketing processes and requirements.
  • Strong experience in product management.
  • You have +3 years of experience of successfully working with CRM technologies.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams, also in other parts of the company.
  • System-thinking and handling.
  • Agile thinking and working is a given.
  • Pragmatic focus on result and achieving the goals.
  • You know how to work in a multi-cultural and international environment.
  • You know how to interpret multiple, possibly conflicting, requirements and prioritize these.
  • Professional knowledge of English, both in speaking and writing.
