Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor - Bilingual Portuguese

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in Portuguese and Spanish, while also possessing a strong understanding of our products and services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading player in the small domestic appliances industry, associated with the world of coffee, the kitchen, air conditioning, and home care. As a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor, you will be the ambassador of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, providing 360-degree support to our clients in presales and aftersales scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty among our clients.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for our products, including physical stores and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to our clients.
  • Work closely with our sales team to promote our products and services to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with a strong understanding of English.
  • Advanced level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
  • Problem-solving and technical learning abilities.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills.

Desirable Experience

  • Digital and e-commerce user experience.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling skills.
  • Social media user and experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service and technical support, particularly in the small domestic appliances industry.

Benefits

  • Part-time 35 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Salary: €15,280.53 gross per year.
