Pricing and Compensation Manager for Delivery Service Partners

As a DSP Pricing & Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic programs and initiatives that drive our DSP payments program, shaping the way we compensate our delivery partners across Europe. You will develop processes and mechanisms to address existing shortcomings and enable us to scale our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct root cause analysis to understand the financial health of our delivery partners and develop processes to drive these analyses at scale.
Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives to optimize our end-to-end relationships with delivery service partners.
Report to senior leadership on key metrics and program updates, synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
About the Team:
Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like DSP, Micromobility, Sustainability or Global Integration.
Requirements:
A degree and relevant experience with program management, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives.
Relevant experience with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel (e.g. V-lookups & pivot tables).
Advanced or master's degree and relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, parcel delivery, and/or e-commerce is preferred.
