National Event Manager

At Red Bull, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As our National Event Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and executing a world-class national event marketing program that drives innovation and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a comprehensive national event strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative event concepts, activities, and projects that engage our consumers and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and amplification of events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including athletes, opinion leaders, and industry partners.
  • Stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing, Event Organization, Sports, or Experiential Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Event Manager in the sports industry, with a proven track record of leading teams and developing holistic marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish sports and events landscape and industry.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
