Key Responsibilities:
Provide SEO optimization recommendations, conduct keyword gap analysis, and offer onsite search suggestions for partners. Perform content auditing and quality checks, providing feedback as needed. Highlight key gaps on partner sites and share partner-level optimization reports. Offer content best practices and training to partners, and onboard them on syndication processes. Identify bugs, content gaps, and delivery delays, and communicate with internal teams. Monitor the use of eTail toolkit execution and drive timely NPI execution. Provide first-line support for content queries and track improvements and optimizations, estimating ROI. Maintain partner KPI dashboards, analyze performance, and offer optimization recommendations. Follow up on KPI reporting from partners and track overall digital business plan execution as requested.
Requirements:
Native or proficient language skills with advanced English. A university degree in marketing, e-commerce, or business administration is preferred but other degrees will be considered. A minimum of one year of related online sales and digital content management experience is required. Excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills, including presentation skills, are essential. Good computing literacy, including Windows and Office, is required. Drive to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Moderate expertise in eMerchandising techniques and web analytics. Past digital marketing and SEO experience is a plus. Career development program and opportunities for international mobility are available.
