What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and development of email marketing infrastructure. This role will report to the Director of Product, MarTech and be the subject matter expert of core email systems.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product management and email marketing automation, with experience in enterprise marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and data warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert regarding our email systems and data integrations
- Own the email infrastructure development roadmap
- Lead requirements gathering, ticket creation, and work prioritization
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication
- Maintain updated documentation around all of our integrations
What You'll Bring to the Team
- 4+ years of relevant experience in product management and email marketing automation
- Proficiency with SQL and experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms
- Experience with enterprise CRMs or CDPs and data warehouses
- Understanding of integration tooling, APIs, and Kafka
- Ability to effectively communicate complex, technical architectures to stakeholders
