About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Flow Cytometry solutions to clinical and research laboratories, as well as associated reagents and consumables.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and grow the client portfolio by selling innovative solutions for Flow Cytometry laboratories.
  2. Organize roadshows and demonstrations with the help of our product specialists.
  3. Participate in congresses and trade fairs.
  4. Prepare price quotes and respond to calls for tenders.
  5. Prospect for new customers.
  6. Achieve business goals.
  7. Provide weekly sales forecasts.
  8. Implement action plans.
  9. Participate in sales meetings.
  10. Contribute to continuous improvement via DBS (Danaher Business System).
Requirements
  1. Focus on customer satisfaction; be autonomous and flexible.
  2. Bachelor's degree in the bio-sciences.
  3. English speaking is mandatory.
  4. Ability to interact in a team and establish effective relations with others.
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  6. Driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in sales of highly technical solutions for laboratories.
  2. Good knowledge of Flow Cytometry and/or in hematology or Immunology.
