About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of digital solutions to support IDIADA engineering services and the interaction with its clients.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the definition and implementation of a client portal enhancing IDIADA digital experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and technical goals.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to manage project development, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations, while adhering to project budgets and timelines.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as project manager, product owner or similar role, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Passion for innovation, with a keen interest in data-driven technologies and the future of mobility.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within large scale projects.
  • Understanding of automotive engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of database systems is a plus.
