Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Sector Alarm Spain, our purpose is clear: happy and secure clients all the time. To achieve this, we need to incorporate the best talent, and that's where we want you to join us. We're looking for a new team member for the Talent Acquisition team at Sector Alarm Spain. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for covering the growth needs of our teams by attracting the best talent. Your main tasks will be:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand our business model to find the best profiles that match our needs. The more you know about our organization, the better you'll understand our philosophy and values to find the perfect fit.
  • Optimize recruitment sources to increase engagement and implement effective talent attraction strategies tailored to the market and profiles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from need detection, profile search, interviews, and candidate presentation.
  • Report KPIs and control the timing of selection and incorporation processes.
  • Collaborate and promote Employer Branding and Corporate Social Responsibility actions to develop Sector Alarm as an employer brand.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency of personnel recruitment.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection in consulting firms or temporary work agencies, with a focus on project-based work and diverse profiles. Experience in client-facing roles is also valued.
  • Knowledge and experience working with recruitment tools: ERP/ATS systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar.
  • Valuable knowledge of design using Canva and experience in social media management.
  • Personality accustomed to working with KPIs and activity tracking.
  • English level B1-B2.
