Job Summary

Ebury, una empresa de tecnología financiera en crecimiento, busca un Talent Acquisition Specialist para su equipo de Recursos Humanos. La empresa ofrece una variedad de productos y servicios, incluyendo gestión de riesgos de cambio, financiamiento de comercio, cuentas de divisa, pagos internacionales y integración de API.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y atraer candidatos calificados para puestos vacantes en la empresa.
  • Realizar entrevistas y evaluar las habilidades y experiencia de los candidatos.
  • Guía a los candidatos a través del proceso de selección, asegurando una experiencia positiva para todos los candidatos.
  • Mantener a los candidatos interesados y comprometidos con la empresa, gestionando sus expectativas y negociando en el momento de la oferta.
  • Entender las necesidades del equipo y encontrar a los mejores candidatos para cada puesto vacante.
  • Establecer relaciones fuertes con los clientes internos a todos los niveles de la empresa.
  • Administrar el calendario y los compromisos de entrevistas.
  • Asegurar que la información precisa se capture en nuestro sistema de recursos humanos (Greenhouse).

Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en recruitment o recursos humanos.
  • Conocimientos de la industria financiera o ventas.
  • Fluidez en inglés y fluidez en uno de los idiomas de los países nórdicos. Conocimientos de otros idiomas son una ventaja.
  • Organización y autonomía.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales excelentes.
  • Mindset flexible y capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo rápido y dinámico.
