About the Role
Omega CRM is a leading provider of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and delivering unique Customer Relationships. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions in Salesforce projects.
- Provide effort estimations for projects and work collaboratively with the Omega team and clients to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and improve application performance, collaborating with technology providers when required.
- Contribute to the validation of solutions against functional requirements and ensure compliance with software quality standards.
- Generate functional documentation for completed projects and share knowledge within the Omega community of practice.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
- Experience in Field Service is a plus.
- Experience with different Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, and Community.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
