Job Description

Grifols is a global healthcare company seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join its international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing demand planning processes and tools, developing and establishing collaboration between departments, and owning planning processes, tools, flows, and templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage demand planning processes and tools
  • Develop and establish collaboration between departments
  • Owning planning processes, tools, flows, and templates
  • Focusing on sales forecast management and sales forecast quality improvement
  • Leading consensus demand plan and coordinating local demand review
  • Ensuring all planning activities happen on time with the right quality
  • Managing new product launches and product lifecycle situations and adjusting planning processes and tools properly
  • Developing and implementing process improvements or any other related project by partnering with other Grifols functions like finance, industrial, IT, and the rest of Supply Chain
  • Collaborating with other departments on data flows to support integrated planning
  • Delivering full visibility to the business on the demand plan and the financial reconciliation associated with them
  • Monitoring critical planning parameters and metrics
  • Ensuring parameters alignment within regions, service level, and production capacity
  • Monitoring root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation
  • Providing visibility to all stakeholders on their performance against the plan
  • Providing the information to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP or similar ERP
  • Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access)
