Grifols is a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people worldwide. We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our international team in the Demand Planning Department of Grifols International SA.

About the Role:

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and managing the regional demand plan for a group of products in Grifols Diagnostics Division. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing demand planning processes and tools.
  • Developing and establishing collaboration between departments.
  • Ensuring all planning activities happen on time with the right quality.
  • Managing new product launches and product lifecycle situations.
  • Delivering full visibility to the business on the demand plan and financial reconciliation.

Requirements:

To perform this role successfully, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Experience or knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP or similar ERP.
  • Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
