The ideal candidate will have a combination of IT service management and IT finance knowledge, with strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modeling and analysis. Experience in service costing, cost allocations, and management reporting, as well as business case calculation, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to shape storylines to enable strategic decisions and have the ability to drive change.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining transparency for IT service costs, consumption, and business value.
  • Setting up and orchestrating the IT planning and forecasting process.
  • Executing cost variance analysis and identifying root causes for deviations.
  • Working closely with colleagues in Group Finance to ensure timely and correct delivery of inputs for IT to Group Finance processes.
  • Driving strategic cost analytics and preparing strategic decisions, as well as facilitating investment decisions between senior business leaders, IT leadership team, and finance.
  • Business ownership for relevant service costing and service portfolio IT solutions, including capture of requirements, development of the solution roadmap, and liaison with technical teams and suppliers.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in service costing, cost allocations, and management reporting, as well as business case calculation.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data modeling and analysis.
  • Combination of IT service management and IT finance knowledge.
  • Good understanding of IT service delivery chains, including applications, infrastructure, and workplace.
  • Ability to shape storylines to enable strategic decisions.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional, international environments across all hierarchy levels, including senior management.
  • Pro-active personality with strong communication skills and ability to drive change.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
  • Proficient in XLS and Powerpoint.
  • Ideal experience in ServiceNow (SPM module and/or CSDM) and/or Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.
  • Knowledge in application business management is a plus.
