Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Alstom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and delivery.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and delivery

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
  • Ensure compliance with Alstom's procurement policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and build relationships with suppliers
