Procurement Specialist Opportunity at Alstom

Alstom, a leading transport company, is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing health strategies in an industrial environment, working closely with the Procurement Manager for America and exceptional teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a full supplier selection process
  • Prepare and launch Request for Quotation with suppliers
  • Lead project negotiation
  • Monitor Procurement project QCDT legal project evolution
  • Ensure work package sheet commitment respect
  • Prepare Business Award
  • Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Coordinate project with all métiers
  • Ensure the on-time delivery and quality are secured

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong research skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts
  • Proficiency in inventory and RFP management software
  • Team management knowledge
  • Highly skilled in problem resolution
